Target Clients

IPR's clients arel argely farmers in rural areas. It targets areas where there is ample potential for agricultural production and where good irrigation systems are available. Small business owners are also targeted by IPR, but they make up a limited number in the portfolio.

Operational Areas

IPR operates currently six branch offices in five provinces: Kandal, Takeo, Pursat, Bat Dambang and Banteay Meanchey. Some parts of Kampong Chhnang province are serviced by Kandal branch.
